About me

I am an Austrian artist who has lived in six countries and traveled many more, currently based on the island of Florianópolis (Brazil). As part of my work as a performance artist, theater director, and writer, I have made it my life's mission to help us find the light in our personal and collective shadows.

I have also committed to a lifelong journey of becoming as free within and as deeply connected to my body as possible, and I love sharing what I am learning along the way. It is why I have not only taught workshops to actors and non-actors across Europe but also started teaching my body activation technique on the island of Florianópolis in Brazil.
